As you may be aware, Red Lobster Credit Union (RLCU) has merged with its parent company, USF Federal Credit Union (USF FCU).
Debit and ATM Cards
If you had an RLCU debit or ATM card, you should have already received a replacement USF FCU card. By now you should have activated the new card, destroyed your old RLCU card, updated any automatic payments with your new card number and started using the new USF FCU card.
Mobile App
To continue accessing mobile banking, you will need to download and start using the USF FCU app. Download the USF FCU app for Apple and Android now.
Online Banking
You can log into your existing account at usffcu.com using your current username and password. You will have complete access to your account information and the ability to make transactions. The RLCU website is now inactive. Remember to delete any bookmarks or saved favorites for the RLCU site.
Credit Cards
RLCU credit cards will be replaced with USF Federal Credit cards in fall 2021. In the meantime, continue to use your existing RLCU credit card as you normally do. You can access your credit card account using the USF FCU mobile app and USF FCU online banking system effective immediately. RLCU cardholders will receive more information about replacement cards within the next few months.
What Won’t Be Changing
Rest assured, you will not experience any loss of services or member benefits as a result of this merger. Your member number, account number(s), and our routing number (263183159) will not change. You can also continue to use your RLCU branded checks.

No, you do not need to set up your direct deposit again since your account information is not changing.
No, if you attempt to access the RLCU website, you will be redirected to the USF FCU website instead. Note: Your username and password will not change. Please remove any saved favorites/bookmarks for the RLCU website. The RLCU app will also no longer work; you must uninstall it and reinstall the USF FCU app.
Yes, you can continue to use your RLCU checks after July 21st. When you place a check reorder, you will receive USF FCU branded checks.
Yes, you can continue to use your RLCU credit card. You will receive a replacement USF FCU card when your current card expires or when we replace all remaining cards in fall 2021.
Nothing will change with your RLCU loan(s). Additionally, all loan payments can continue to be mailed to 13302 USF Palm Dr. Tampa, FL 33612.
Yes, your payment and transaction history will still be available. If you notice that anything is missing or does not look correct, please let us know.
Yes, you do not need to set up any recurring payments or transfers again.
